Payments are also available via mail or in person. One time service payments are due immediately after services are rendered. All other agreements will receive monthly invoices.

Billing and Payment:

Annual agreements provide our customers with great savings over the long term. Cuts under our annual service agreements average from $30 to $50 per cut depending on the square footage of the lawn, slopes, and obstables involved. Routine lawn care includes mowing, string trimming, and power blowing of grass clippings from porches, driveways, and sidewalks.

New customers: Billing occurs on the 15th of every month and payment is due by the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 5th of the month are considered delinquent and will assess a $10 late fee. Coming soon, you will be able to pay your bill instantly online. A $35 Service Fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Monthly invoicing is provided through e-mail or via USPS at No Fee. It is the responsibility of the customer to check their email or spam inbox for their invoices if electing to receive invoicing through e-mail.

Green Meadows Lawn Care reserves the right to discontinue or suspend service due to late, unpaid bills, or signed service agreements that are not returned in a timely manner. Billing may occur on a prorated basis if service starts before (or after) the 1st of the month.
Services may be cancelled by either party at any time in writing under our "cancel anytime" annual agreements.
Please send your notice via email or U.S. mail to the address listed on your service agreement.

No refunds will be made on payments already made by a customer for pending or completed services. Green Meadows Lawn Care will perform all services as agreed upon for any month that has been paid for.

Please be advised that a bill not received in full payment within 5 days after the due date shall be considered delinquent. All services will be temporarily stopped on any delinquent account until full payment for services rendered has been received. In the event of default the client agrees to reimburse Green Meadows Lawn Care all administrative costs, collection costs, attorney fees, recording fees and/or court costs.

Frequency of service: Once per week during the growing season of April 1 - September 30. A frequency of every two weeks is also available. Service will always be provided in a timely and professional manner. Green Meadows Lawn Care reserves the right to determine the exact day(s) and time(s) work will be performed unless specified otherwise in the Service Agreement. In the event of heavy rains, service may be delayed until the next available clear and safe day. Green Meadows Lawn Care reserves the rights to avoid any hazardous conditions or areas on your property including but not limited to hornet nests, sink holes, and areas where dogs have not been properly contained.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) To advise Green Meadows Lawn Care of the location of any landscaping lighting or wiring in advance and to insure lawn is free of personal items, hoses, garden hose-style lawn sprinklers, cords, garbage, toys, etc. If hit by a lawn mower, objects like these can be hazardous to the lawn operator, pets, and others. Serious damage can also occur to your property and our equipment. Green Meadows Lawn Care will not assume responsibility for such negligence on the part of the customer. Items will be mowed around if they are not picked up prior to servicing.

2) To allow pre-arranged access to any gates so that Green Meadows Lawn Care can provide scheduled service.

3) To inform Green Meadows Lawn Care within 24 hours of yard service if the Customer is not satisfied with the work performed. One of our goals is to insure that you are completely satisfied. While we do not give credit or refunds, we will return to correct any reasonable service problems you may have encountered. Please provide immediate notification within 24 hours of the service by either phone or e-mail. Notice of any property damage must occur within 7 days of yard service. Damage claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If notification is not given within these indicated timeframes, all work done will be considered satisfactory. Green Meadows Lawn Care will NOT be responsible for damages due to improper installation of irrigation pipe, wires, cable, etc., which are not installed deeper than 3" below ground level near edging surfaces near beds or along cement edges.

4) To restrain and/or secure any pets as we cannot guarantee your pet will not escape from your yard.
